24/7 Real Media, Inc. (Nasdaq: TFSM) announced today the hiring of five executives to the company's management team: Ari Bluman, vice president, Direct Solutions; Jerome Fitzgibbons, vice president, site acquisition and inventory control; Victor Golio, vice president, East Coast sales; Derrick Horner, senior vice president and associate general counsel; and David Perlman, director of engineering.

Bluman joins 24/7 Real Media, Inc. from NowMarketing, Inc., New York, where he had been senior vice president, sales since August 2001. Bluman previously worked at 24/7 Real Media, Inc. as vice president, direct marketing, inside sales and email brokerage, and as an account executive, from 1997-2001. During his first tenure at 24/7 Real Media, Inc., Bluman managed a direct marketing team of more than 35 account executives.
Fitzgibbons joins 24/7 Real Media, Inc. from Vivendi/Universal's GetMusic.com, New York, where he was senior vice president, sales. In this role, which he began in 1999, Fitzgibbons oversaw all sales functions for advertising and content syndication for the new global media and e-commerce startup. From 1995-99, Fitzgibbons held various positions at Reuters PLC, including vice president, business development- Americas; national advertising sales manager; and account executive- media, online and Internet sales. Earlier, he spent eight years at Dun and Bradstreet, where he was a national account executive and divisional sales manager.
Golio joins 24/7 Real Media, Inc. from Next Jump, Inc., New York, where he was executive vice president sales since March 2001. Like Bluman, Golio is a returnee to 24/7 Real Media, Inc., having previously worked there as vice president, director of sales from 1998-2000. During that time, he managed the sales of national advertising space on major Web sites and oversaw 13 offices nationwide. Other positions held by Golio include vice president, regional sales manager, Cliqnow! (1998), and regional sales manager, HRP Sales Inc., where he worked from 1988-1998.
Horner joins 24/7 Real Media, Inc. from Dallas-based Source Media Inc., where he had been vice president and general counsel since 2000. Source Media provided an interactive program guide solution for interactive television, as well as streaming media content. Before joining Source Media, Horner spent five years as an associate corporate attorney at Simpson Thacher and Bartlett, one of the world's leading law firms. He graduated with high honors from both Harvard Law School and Harvard College.
Perlman joins 24/7 Real Media, Inc. from SkyFire Technologies, a North Billerica, Mass.- based wireless middleware company, where he had been vice president of engineering for one year following a year working as an independent management consultant. Other positions held by Perlman during his 20-year career include senior vice president & CTO, Infinium ASP; vice president of technology, Raging Bull, Inc./Alta Vista Company; vice president of technical operations, Avicenna Systems Corporation; and manager, development, Fidelity Investments.
