THURSDAY FEBRUARY 1 - BEN Spiero struggled to hide his disappointment after watching his Hook Norton team blow a 2-0 lead before losing on penalties in the Oxfordshire Senior Cup.
A very winnable quarter-final against Berinsfield awaited Saturday's victors and it looked as if Hooky had it in the bag when they raced into a 2-0 first-half lead at Chinnor.
But, having let their hosts pull a goal back before the interval, Hooky failed to hang on as Chinnor forced extra time.
